The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility is a 34 bed skilled and intermediate care unit providing a range of quality healthcare services to our community. We strive to meet the variety of needs demonstrated by our residents by ensuring excellent medical, rehabilitation, nursing, social and spiritual care. Our team offers assessment and treatment, assistance with activities of daily living and nutritional support to meet the needs of each individual at every phase of their plan of care.
